joey and ross volunteer to help them decide by "auditioning"..
in the end, they choose phoebe to be the maid of honor, and rachel throws a fit as she storms out of central perk..
then, when phoebe and rachel talk again..

rachel: im sorry that i was a baby..
phoebe: oh, cmon! thats ridiculous! we were all babies once..
