long day is today.
test in english over style analysis, whatever that really means.
i actually finished with 2 minutes left to burn, but when the bell rang, only 5 other people left the class with me..
everyone else was still strugglin with the test..
the government quiz was better though..
it was basically a "cooperative quiz"..
each person would fill in their own set of answers, then pass their paper forward to a different person, who would help them with some answers, and so on and so forth.
pretty interesting concept, eh? i gotta hand it to mrs. mcgee, for this was truly creative.
after school, i went outside to my car, only to find a yellow warning sign clamped under my windshield wipers.
it read:
YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN LISTED FOR THE BELOW NOTED VIOLATION. ANY FUTURE PARKING VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE VEHICLE RECEIVING A CITATION, BEING TOWED AWAY, OR HAVING AN IMMOBILIZATION DEVICE PLACED ON IT ($40.00 REMOVAL FEE).
- NO VALID PERMIT DISPLAYED
i promptly got in my car and sped over to the principal's office.
i walked in and explained how i bought a parking ticket, but after that time, i have gotten a new car, and the sticker is impossible to peel off..
principal: so you tried to tear it off?
me: yeah, but it didn't come out looking so good..
principal: it came out in pieces, right?
me: yes, it was all shredded up..
principal: did you keep the pieces?
me: no..
principal: well, you should have.
me: eh..why..?
principal: because then you could show the pieces to officer holmes, and he would give you a new parking ticket, but since you didn't keep the pieces, you'll have to pay a $15 fee.
me: what?? you don't have a list of all the people who bought parking tickets?!
principal: no, clements is retarded.
okok, no, the principal did not say that last sentence out loud, but she might as well have. what kind of school doesnt keep a list of all the people who bought parking tickets?! jeebers..
ah well, i noticed simon yau also got a warning thing, so hes gonna go tear up his old sticker from his old car and share some of the pieces with me =]

well, after leaving the principal's office, i passed by the detention room on my way out, and then i remembered.
I FORGOT TO GO TO DETENTION!!
as many of you may know, i was given 2 detention slips for failing to sign in on 2 separate days, and i was given until january 30 (tomorrow) to attend 2 detention periods.
it is wednesday afternoon, and i have only attended 1, which means that in order to get the 2 done, i will have to go to school at 6:30 AM tomorrow for detention!!
UGH. school is suck. good are summer. me can't wait.
