found some interesting stuff on the blackboard in humanities today..
some thought-provoking stuff..
"today's the tomorrow we worried about yesterday."
what's worse:
1. saying something you wish you hadn't
or
2. saying nothing and wishing you had
THEN deborah told me that she found the word "chump" in the dictionary..
so i quickly grabbed webster and looked it up.
chump - n [perhaps blend of chunk and lump] (1883): FOOL, DUPE
man, whoever thought up that word in 1883 is a pure genius..
anyways, then i looked up a few inches and saw the word "chum"
chum - n: animal or vegetable matter (as chopped fish or corn) thrown overboard to attract fish
hm..now is it worse to be a chump or a chum?
