ok. after reading both ophelia's and peter's blogs, i think i should give a tribute to everyone i can think of. so, here it goes. this may take a couple of days (weeks), so bear with me. i guess i'll just go through the A's today. if i don't have an entry for you, let me know.
(alpha order)

alan - BATTERIES!! don't worry, i still remember. you'll get your batteries back soon enough. but, yeah, im glad i've gotten a chance to get to know you the past 2 years. hehe i still remember working on the spaghetti bridge with you and tony. lol that was fun. building an unbreakable bridge that broke all the rules. haha that bridge supported about 200 pounds!! but anyways, good thing we're both going to UT next year. i hope to get to know you even more, but in the meantime, enjoy your summer, alright?

alex f. - we've graduated. i can't believe it. seems like just yesterday when i went to first colony middle school for the first time in 7th grade. you were one of the two people that i knew in the entire school, and now look how far we've come. it's been a fun ride, has it not? so many incredible memories. it's been AWESOME being in the same dgroup and essentially seeing you 7 days a week for the past...4 years? kinda scary to think that we're actually going to college next semester. actually, that's VERY scary. seems like our maturity combined isn't even up to the standards of an average 6th grader, but i guess it's ok. hehe i've come to know you so well that i can often predict the next gay thing you do or say (ie turn on the fan, it's hot in here, etc). thanks for all the rides you've given me, and all the times you've made my stomach hurt after laughing too much. we're both gonna be longhorns next year, so i guess the gayness will prevail. good luck with your 4.0, and keep being the same gay alex.

alex y. - yyy! wow. i still find it hard to comprehend how you became valedictorian, but hey, im proud of you nonetheless. its gonna be tough not having you around next year when you go up to wharton. im sorry i couldnt go up there with you, but then again, im sure you know that it wasnt in my hands. come to think of it, i don't even know how you got into wharton considering only 100 people got accepted in the entire world, but hey, i guess the upenn people think you're smart, so that's all that really matters, right? =P oh and btw, about your whole idea about going into inner city philadelphia and ballin' up some black people, here's my advice: stay in your dorm room. the minute you open your mouth, someone will shoot you. so if you want to play ball, stick with some scrubs like yourself, aite? just some friendly words of advice ;) anyways, we gotta make sure we spend lotta time together before the summer's over, maybe catch a few astros games here and there. well, no matter how far we are apart, im sure we won't let our friendship drift apart. just remember: JPGS FO LIFE. and i mean it.

alice - hey how have you been? i havent seen you in sunday school in a while, but that is what comes to mind when i think of you. it always seemed like you were somewhat um...embarrassed, to say the least, of me and my buds, but hey, i guess there's a bit of that in everyone. good luck to you from here on out, and take care.

angela - *smile* *wave* hehe i must say, you have got to be one of the happiest people in the world. whenever i see you, you are ALWAYS smiling -- no exceptions. for some reason or other, i only had one class with you throughout the four years at clements, so i never really got the opportunity to know you that well. however, i must say that i was happy to hear that you are going to UT next year, so i hope we can get to know each other better in the future. stay sweet and keep smiling, cuz the world needs more people like you.

annie - if i never get around to finish signing your yearbook, i hope this will suffice ;) iono why, but it was the beginning of this school year that we finally became friends. im sorry if you somehow end up being the butt of some of my jokes from time to time, but rest assured that it's all in good fun (and plus, lot of them aren't aimed towards you as a person, more of you as a canadian =P ). but anyhoo, on a serious note, your level of enthusiasm for the things that you do is contagious. ive never seen you apathetic, and i think that is really awesome. cya around during summer, and, of course, at UT!
