anyways, went jogging for a little bit last night after finishing all of my somewhat non-existent school assignments. it didnt seem like the best weather conditions to start running in, as i was told it was about 24 degrees outside, but it helped me get a lot of stuff off my mind. ran about 16 laps today..which is about 4 miles i think. dont really feel very tired right now, but i bet ill feel it by tomorrow morning.

well, ran a 6:15 mile and a 16 second 100 meter dash, which is only about 7 seconds off the olympic record.
michael johnson, you betta watch yourself. that record of yours is about to be shattered..
