THE ONE
i suppose it's time for a new poll. for those of you who are dying to know whether i got a kilt or a plaid skirt, i guess you didn't see me walking around campus today.

just kidding. i didn't get either one. a kilt was just too expensive, and a plaid skirt..well, come on. you serious? in the words of a wise man, "EW."

anyways, recently, i've had some interesting discussions with people concerning "the one" aka true love or "the-person-you're-meant-to-be-with." some believe that there is somehow multiple "the one's". others say that "the one" exists, but chances are slim that we will ever find him/her. and still others, or should i just say, one person, believes that he'll just settle for 95%, because that's as good as he can get.

this boggles my mind. isn't the person you find or choose to marry "the one"? you know, the one God wants you to be with? doesn't that entail him/her being "the one"?
