thank you plano

first and foremost, i'd like to give a big THANKS out to all those plano people who took the time and energy to hang out with us, chaffeur us around, and all in all show that great texas hospitality. you guys are too awesome.

i don't really feel like going into detail about specific stuff we did, so if your curiousity is just killing you, you can just ask me or anyone else who went up from sugar land. all i know is that this past week has really given me a greater appreciation for all the people God has placed in my life in the past year and a half. to be able to have endless fun for almost a full week while hanging out with the same group of people HAS to be something special.

i guess the highlight of the trip would have to be the rockets/mavericks basketball game. in retrospect, that's gotta be the best $30 i've ever spent in my life. just the feeling of being one of only a handful of crazy fans cheering against 30,000+ fans in enemy territory..now THAT'S sweet. cheering for every play, shushing the crowd when tmac hit yet another 3, singing the yao ming song after the game? ah..priceless memories.

anyhow, back to reality i guess. school starts again in 3 days. SIGH. although i guess i'm almost ready to move back into jester, i can't say that i'm anywhere NEAR ready to start classes again.

but then again, with every new beginning there are always new changes. no more 8:00 or 9:30 AM classes this semester, thank goodness. i have arranged myself a nice, compact class schedule which starts every day at 11:00 AM. w00t.

unfortunately, simon yau will be moving out of my hallway. i'm gonna miss that guy, even though he's still gonna be living in jester. but in his place, there is now david park. what a cool guy.

as far as school is concerned, i'm still trying to figure out what i want to do with my life. wow, that sounds scary.. let me rephrase that. i'm still trying to figure out what i want my major to be. i guess that sounds a little bit better. right now i'm planning on applying for the PPA program, but at the same time, all my options are still open, so i suppose i'll just have to wait and see what happens.

i'm sorry, all i can think about now is playing ball again at gregory. so i will leave you on that note.

alright..cya later!
